Mission Statement
The Putnam County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society was formed in 1982. The Purpose of the Society is:
- To build interest in preserving and collecting historical records of Putnam County.
- To take an active part in collecting records and making them available for use in genealogical research.
- To publish, if available, genealogical material by our society members.
- To encourage active membership in this society and to support the objectives of the Ohio Genealogical Society.
We Accept...
Our Society accepts Five-Generation Charts. We also accept queries from members and non-members, and we will run them in our newsletter.
